Terms and Conditions for Web Hosting Accounts

Storage and Transfer Limitations
Each Basic account includes a generous amount of storage space and transfer capacity.

If your web site exceeds these capacity limitations, your account will be charged a reasonable fee. You can set up automatic notifications using your account Control Panel to ensure that you are notified before you exceed these limits.

Content Limitations
Words Connect does not allow using its web hosting services to post any of the following:

• Hate Material
• Spam
• Pornographic Material
• Online Casinos/Gambling
• Warez (pirated software)
• Extremely large downloads or other activity that place a drain on system resources

If Words Connect discovers that any of the above is occurring on our hosted sites, we will terminate the account immediately.

Liability
Words Connect and its service partners are not responsible for any loss of data. It is your responsibility to archive your web site.
Each web hosting account comes with a web site archive tool built into the Control Panel, as well as a web site backup wizard.

Privacy
Words Connect and its service partners may gather contact information (name, email address and postal address) from you to set up and maintain your account. This information is used internally and is never resold or reused in any way.

Security
The hosting server has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. Some measures include: SSL, password protection and other methods.
